Terms of Service

1. What the service is

The service is digital content for entertainment and self-reflection in which AI interprets a Four Pillars (saju) chart calculated by a verified manseryeok engine together with the tarot cards you draw yourself in the reunion and tarot products (Today's Tarot, What They Feel Tarot, Ten-Card Tarot) and the four MBTI letters you choose in the MBTI Saju. The reading text is generated by AI and is labelled at the end of the reading as written by generative AI.

Readings do not predict the future and must not be used as the basis for medical, legal, financial or career decisions. AI-written text may contain inaccuracies or statements that do not fit you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 to use the service.

We do not provide any content that constitutes youth-harmful media under the Korean Juvenile Protection Act.

3. Payment (per-reading service fee)

Each paid reading is purchased individually by paying the price shown for that product on the spot. Once the payment is confirmed, the reading is generated and delivered on your screen right away; nothing is shipped.

You can pay by credit or debit card, processed by KG Inicis through our payment service provider (PortOne). KakaoPay is not open yet; before we open it we will update these Terms and the processors listed in the Privacy Policy. Full card numbers, expiry dates and passwords are handled by the card networks and the payment service provider — we never receive or store them.

Re-opening a reading for the same chart, product and language is not charged again. Here the same reading means the line about what is on your mind is also the same; for the reunion and tarot products it also means the same details about the other person and the same cards, for the what-they-feel reading the same relationship status and the same details about the other person, and for the MBTI Saju the same four MBTI letters. The same applies when we revise how readings are written and generate the reading anew. However, the cards drawn in the reunion and tarot products, the input for the what-they-feel reading and the MBTI Saju and the line about what is on your mind are recorded only on your device (browser), so on another device or after clearing your browser storage you cannot choose the same values again, and newly drawn cards or a changed line are paid for as a new reading.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

A reading is digital content whose delivery begins as soon as you pay, so once delivery has begun your right of withdrawal is restricted under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. We tell you this next to the payment button and in the payment window, and show each product’s table of contents (its sections) so you can check what you will receive before paying. On product pages that offer a free paragraph, you can first read, free of charge, one paragraph that reads your chart in that product's way. Each account can receive one new free paragraph per day across all products; reopening one you already received does not count. This paragraph is not an excerpt cut from the paid reading; on the Korean pages you can also see a complete sample of the paid reading (Article 17(6) of the same Act and Article 21-2 of its Enforcement Decree).

We will, however, refund you in the following cases. (1) If a reading fails to generate: the amount you paid stays in your balance so a retry continues at no extra cost, and you may ask us to cancel the payment for a refund instead. (2) If you were charged more than once for the same reading: we refund the duplicate amount. (3) If a reading differs from what was displayed or advertised, or from the contract: under Article 17(3) of the same Act you may withdraw within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of the date you learned or could have learned of the fact.

Send refund requests to the contact details below. We cancel the payment through the payment service provider within 3 business days of confirming the request.

The daily reading is free and is provided once a day to signed-in users. Because there is no payment there is nothing to refund, and if you change language within the same day you will still see the content that was created first.

5. Balance added before

Balance you added before we switched to per-reading payment, and any amount paid but not yet used for a reading, remains in your account. If your balance covers the price, you can open a reading from your balance without paying; if it does not, you pay the full product price and your existing balance stays as it is.

Unused paid balance is refunded on request. Balance granted free of charge, for example in promotions, is not refundable.

6. Prohibited conduct

Using another person's account, payment method or identity verification details, sending automated bulk requests, exploiting vulnerabilities for gain, and reselling readings are prohibited.

Details about another person entered for the compatibility, reunion or what-they-feel readings may be used only to produce the reading. Using them against that person's wishes, such as to track or monitor someone or to contact them unwanted, is prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension.

7. Intellectual property

We own the rights to the interface, characters and code. You may keep and share your own readings personally.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading, or, absent intent or gross negligence, for losses caused by events outside our control such as natural disasters or outages at cloud, AI, payment or identity verification providers.

9. Changes, contact and business information

We will announce changes on the service at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are adverse to you).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
